Alan Saunders Associates is an acoustic consultancy with three regional offices around the UK. We develop engineering solutions to physical problems tempered by our experience of the practical difficulties of implementation. Complicated measures have their place, but simple, elegant solutions are often the most effective.
We take pride in our practical approach to acoustics, and try to concentrate on getting across the important messages that our clients need to hear.

We quote for each project on an individual basis according to the specific demands of the client and the situation. As each job is different it is not possible to provide a specific price list for jobs. Please contact us should you have any queries and we will tailor a quote to your needs.
Privacy Policy
For means of payment by credit card, we will collect customer information relevant to the taking of that payment. This will only be used to process payments and no credit/debit card details will be stored in any form.
We may contact you about repeat businessif we have undertaken works for you in the past. Your contact details will not be shared with any third parties.

Delivery Policy
As a consultancy practice, we will provide advice and guidance and issue technical correspondence where relevant in line with the initial quote we provide.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We invoice on a quantum meriut basis – only charging for work carried out against a fee quotation, whether on hourly rates or lump sum fixed fee. Projects which are aborted would only be charged up to the point of termination notification. Refunds are not generally applicable in this services sector, but would be considered if there was a clear problem with the work we had undertaken.
